Return & Exchange Policy

For Self Radiance products, we typically do not accept returns on products that have been opened/have had the seal broken by the customer. This usually will apply to essential oils, roll-ons, lotions, and the like. For other issues, call us at 786-244-2499 or send an email to ayana@selfradiance.co.

If you are unable to cancel your order through your account page, call us at 786-244-2499 or send an email to ayana@selfradiance.co at your earliest convenience.

If the order has already shipped, contact us and return the items to the address provided. Upon receiving your returned items (granted that they have not been opened, used, or have broken seals) we will provide you with a refund of the money spent to purchase the products.
